You Can Be Whatever You Want...

First of all if you don't really know the real identity of Santa Claus, maybe you should look elsewhere because what I'm about to say will literally crush your spirit.

Since the dawn of time parents (at least the good ones) across the globe bring up their little ones with the dream that they will do better and will reach the steps they were never able to reach.

Therefore they've been saying one line that have been pissing me off for years now : "You can be everything you want in this world if you set your mind to it".

That's a load of bullcrap right there. There's some things in this world any men, women and child could do but other things can not be done by everyone : The greatest artists, leaders, visionaries, business tycoons and so on, have an innate gift hence it couldn't be done by everyone because of that inborn factor.

In my humble opinion our time has been fucked up by shows like Star Academy or American Idol or even the dumbest of all : Big Brother. It gives everybody the sense they could achieve anything.

I think all of us are meant for greatness but in our own paths. I believe in destiny and also I do think that good things come to those who wait but it'll come quicker to those who shape their luck hence their destiny. You have to find your calling and for that you'll have to dig inside yourself to find that out. It's not because some looser did some stuff on TV which look easy enough to do, that the path this dumb ass chose is the path you have to take.

Meanwhile quit thinking you're gon' be the next big thing in art, politics, business or even floor sweeping (which also require talent if you want to be the best in that area).

It's not about being anything you want to be or you think you could be. It's about finding your own path and be the best at it period...
