Samael Angel : 10. "The Painful Prayer"

I've designed this song to work as a standalone however the latter is part of a whole so for you to comprehend it fully you'll have to read the thread "Samael Angel : The Story".

"The Painful Prayer" is starring Iras as the narrator and it is the second narrative interlude in slam rap.

So, in order for you to listen to this song just hit the play button of the widget on the left or merely download the whole album at once.

Thence ladies & gentlemen here are the lyrics of the song "The Painful Prayer"

Introduction

Hey y'all,

The pilgrimage of Samael Angel
Took the darkest angel
And turned him into a beautiful devil
So on this track we connect the upheaval
“The Painful Prayer of Samael Angel”.

1st Verse

So at that time in his world
Samael took a very odd turn
And as far as I'm concerned
I think he knew
What he was getting himself into.
Joining the Evocati and G was only a debut
He wanted to write his life story anew
Since the start was the street and all that zoo.
And at that time in his world
His pain and compassion started to unfurled.
Because of a serial killer who liked to hurled
His victims' head against the wall
Which would shed so much blood
And would not spread any joy
But instead it just destroyed
The hearts and soul of those family
Since it was children that was taken away without any pity.
Hence the Evocati
Expressed their wrath in its infinity
So if you were not sincere
Or would appear
To be true or clear, here
Your head would have disappeared
So without any fear
Their campaign was compared
To the word austere.

1st Chorus (x2)

The pain-ful prayer
The pain-ful prayer
The pain-ful prayer
The pain-ful prayer

2nd Verse

Samael was in pain
And he thought that campaign
Feign the truth
'Cause it contained
So much disdain
For the innocents
Who could not obtain or attain
The right to retain
Their soul
But the Evocati maintained
“We are gods” as their refrain
So he ascertained
“That blood was on their hands” without any complains
Even if he blamed
Himself which was insane
Since the killer that slain
So many kids was not him but he sustained
Some sorta guilt which could not be explained.
And also the fact that the arcane
Science Of those murders was not part of his brain
But it was part of Drunka's who was not very sane
Since he signed all his rapes.
Which could be explained
By the fact that he wanted the world to fear his domain.

2nd Chorus (x2)

The pain-ful prayer
The pain-ful prayer
The pain-ful prayer
The pain-ful prayer

3rd Verse

However once Drunka started to write
His name all around his despicable acts
Mr G knew that he might
Have had this pedophile in sight.
And then he remembered the guy
Who made him hired Nice that night
At that orgy which retrospectively made him a contrite
Man who repents from his crimes.
However every single night
A lot of night-
-mares made Nice scared
Or maybe too much he cared
About all the lives they've teared.
“And one night something changed”, he declared
He dreamed about
His mom & dad
Six feet under ground
With a creepy scary stare
And then woke up but was still aware
Of the feeling that it was not just a dream so he decided to go there
The home he was heir
To.
He's coming home hence beware,
Fool.

3rd Chorus(x2)

The pain-ful prayer
The pain-ful prayer
The pain-ful prayer
The pain-ful prayer

Outro

For the first time since I started this journey
Samael felt something for another human being
And it was odd hearing and following all of his baloneys
But it felt nice knowing he could also be a honey
Who merely act properly.

Godspeed,
Sincerely,

Iras

So this is it folks I hope you've enjoyed my words and I hope you'll enjoy my voice, flow and music as well !!
